Hey there! I'm Mikayla—a dedicated explorer on the whimsical adventure called life.

My journey's been a rollercoaster, marked by hurdles like navigating through abandonment, dealing with the aftermath of tough challenges like sexual assault, postnatal depression, PMDD, breast cancer and even a dance off with depression.

But life is about more than just weathering storms, right? That's why I decided to flip the script and dive headfirst into a world of transformative practices. I've become a Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork teacher, a Reiki Master (yes, I summon zen vibes), a Nidra teacher (for those seeking deep healing tranquility), and a Solution-based Counsellor and Hypnotherapist.

And you know what? The challenge of 'Moving to a Foreign Country Without Speaking the Language' taught me a lot about patience and embracing the unknown!

Throughout these adventures and with a backpack full of tools, I've learned a thing or two about resilience and the incredible power of self-discovery. Now, I'm all about sharing those life-learnings and supporting folks in finding their happy place—embracing healing, self-awareness, and tons of personal growth.
